Lucy Mooney
After graduating form the London College of Fashion in 1997, I spent several years working in television and radio as a Researcher and Celebrity Booker. I was also a Freelance Researcher, Producer and Reporter with the BBC.
Although I had always taken photographs, I began to study seriously at Hereford College of Art and Design, graduating in 2005. I then set up Salisbury-based Pink Moon Photography, taking on assignments in the South of England including London, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Gloucestershire and Somerset.
I have the advantage of both professional and personal experience in all areas of my work. I am a mother of two and understand how precious photographs can be, as children grow and change all too quickly, without you noticing at the time and it is only when we look back, we can sometimes regret not taking the time to capture these moments.
I was a bride myself nine years ago and completely understand the huge amount of chaos and organisation that goes into planning a wedding. When it comes to the day itself everything goes by in a blur and it is over before you know it! With that in mind, you can rest assured I will work with you to ease your planning and make the experience of having your photographs taken a fun and enjoyable experience for both you and your guests.
I really love what I do and take huge pleasure in creating happy memories for people, which I hope shines through in my work.
